Gumnuts and transparent pictures
from w
From three scans of collected leaves and gumnuts I experimented with transparency. We intended to drive to the Celtic Festival at Portarlington today (it's Queen's Birthday holiday though that's not much to do with Australia really)but it started to rain so it's become a lazy day for me, just pottering around, though Peceli did fix the grass cutter and tidy up outside.

Interesting effect!
Too bad you didn't make it to the Celtic festival. Things like that are usually a lot of fun.
The Celtic Festival used to be right in the middle of Geelong - at one of the parks and then at Deakin Uni Waterfront. When it moved to the seaside town of Portarlington - 30 minutes drive away - then it was not easy to get there. Yes, it's a super festival an I have Celtic forebears of course - from Kilknenny, Ireland.
