At a Rotary Art Exhibition

Not satisfied with just looking at paintings, or handing out platters of food to guests (being one of the 'good' wives) I used my little A5 sketchbook to do pencil sketches of people looking at the paintings. This caused some interesting conversations. I coloured the pictures later and here are two of them.

you are really good. do you show your work at any galleries and such?
Once upon a time I sold a few paintings but mostly I gave them away. I mainly just do quick sketches these days but plan to do some larger paintings also. I'm not that good actually, too impatient and heavy-handed.
