Pastel pic Geelong Botanical

from w
I made an acrylic painting of two grass trees based on sketches made a month or more ago, and also this pastel picture - scanned in two halves, and I don't know how to put them together to make one - except as a Word doc and then it is too large to post here! The paper was larger than A3 so there is a bit of an overlap.

These are so gorgeous - and so colourful as I look out on my monochromatic landscape.

I must learn how to put two halves of a picture together again!
Re Canberra, Alison, the wedding is on 17th at Bateman's Bay and we are going with a Maori friend, so don't know yet which way we will come back. Plan to go along the coast on Friday/Saturday morning. Stop maybe at Eden. Maybe return via Canberra.

Alison, when your rellies are going 'Ooh, ahh' at the beautiful sights in the Blue Mountains, maybe you have twenty minutes to create a lovely picture or two. Have a nice time with them.
