Watched the Oscars - okay, get a life!

Yesterday I had a lazy day and watched TV for a few hours - the Oscars - as I'm interested in films, but those girls and their froth and bubble and the guys so much the same neat suits. Decorum demands certain styles? I wonder what Sandra is saying here. Perhaps - 'I know I look gorgeous from the front, but actually I'm just pinned up from the back.'
