Another Geelong skyline

from w
Just a blue biro drawing of the back of the St George's Presbyterian Church. I drew this the same afternoon as the Moorabool Antiques Shop from across the road in Ryrie Street. The church is on the corner of Fyrie and Latrobe Terrace.

You do so much detail, me I fly over the top!

Too much fiddling. I notice that my pictures of buildings are quite cold in tone, not wild and warm like pictures of trees etc. This type of detailing is so old-fashioned. I really ought to do some paintings as wild as the way I have just attacked a fenceline of ivy for 20 minutes!
