Geelong Skylines
from w
I have started a few sketches of skylines around Geelong, the first one being of Moorabool Antiques (which is in Ryrie Street) - a biro sketch but I'll do others using colour. It has quaint decorative shapes so I don't know what the architect was dreaming of at the time.

terrific roof lines. I am coming to Geelong for the Textile forum in late September. Knowing the forums I probably wont have much time to poke around Geelong but you never know.
I dont think John will come into the Quilt thingy with me will probably wander Melbourne, I think we will have to be at the airport by 3 in the afternoon.Depending on when you go may catch you, hope to do an 11.30 thing with Dale.
It has to be Thursday Penny. I realized that Pako Festa is on Saturday. Perhaps we'll meet one another at the Quilt Expo and have time for coffee.
