More pictures of Buckley's Falls

I did not use Photo-edit this time! However I did some more work on the sketches I made on Friday morning at Buckley's Falls where the water is flowing again. I added a bit of pastel and white paint, etc. to the original drawings. The sepia versions were made just by clicking on a button before I scanned.

These are all very lovely. It looks like a very peaceful quiet place to sketch.
It is a restful and beautiful part of Geelong that not many visit - it's such a contrast to the sometimes trashy shopping areas of the inner city and the new shopping malls going up - owned by the multinationals.
I'll write about Buckley later on - the Falls are named after him - he apparently camped in this area and he was an escaped convict who lived with Aboriginal tribes for forty years or so.
