these are beautiful...you have captured the spirit of the trees...I love how they are in a such a peaceful yet rhythmic dance...
These are great, love the one with the face, the eyes are rather alarming.
When I read your responses together, Karlassi and Penny, I can see the 'spirit' in a different way! That face, I now see, once you pointed it out Penny, well, I hadn't even noticed it before!
I exaggerate a lot in my drawings. They are probably quite ordinary trees but I tend to add curves and knots and shadows. I love trees. I guess it's because I come from a country town where too much land has been cleared for wheat etc. so trees are precious. In the Geelong region there are enough pockets of trees to keep a 'tree' artist happy for a lifetime.
