About Me
- Name: Peceli and Wendy's Blog
Babasiga (pronounced bambasinga) is the dry land of Macuata in northern Fiji - our place in the sun in Fiji. Peceli is from Fiji from the village is Vatuadova and the beach is Nukutatava. Peceli Ratawa passed away on 27th December 2015 so this is Wendy's blog now. Wendy is an Australian and today live in Geelong, Australia.

Wndy you write such fascnating things in your blog. I love the bit about the reunion, having had one of my own last year, frightening. I agree that japanese Story should be added to your list, did you see it? I found it a very moving story and wonderfully acted. With our contacts in japan it made it even more real.
Your sketches and paintings are so lovely. No I wont let them change my style, I just wish I could get it into my head about what I should be doing.I really would love to be able to "paint"
Penny, some of your small paintings have potential and as you do more you will find all sorts of interesting things happen with the colours and textures. Good luck with your workshop this week because you can learn from other participants as well as the tutor.
